By using Kraft House, you agree to use the marketplace lawfully and provide accurate account, delivery, and payment information.

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that happens through your account.

Kraft House showcases artisan-made and curated craft products. Product photos, availability, delivery timelines, and descriptions are provided in good faith and may vary because many items are handmade.

We may update, remove, or limit products, artisan listings, studio visits, or marketplace features at any time.

Orders are confirmed after successful payment and availability checks. Prices, delivery charges, taxes, and timelines are shown during checkout where applicable.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Their terms may also apply to your transaction.

Return, replacement, and cancellation eligibility may depend on the product type, customization, artisan preparation status, and delivery condition.

If there is an issue with an order, contact us promptly so we can review and help resolve it.

Studio visit bookings and artisan messages must be used respectfully. We may restrict access for abuse, spam, unsafe behavior, or misuse of the platform.

Kraft House is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from use of the marketplace.
