When you use Google sign-in, Google shares basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile image so we can create or access your Kraft House account.

We use your information to manage accounts, process orders, coordinate delivery, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the marketplace, and communicate important updates.

We may use contact details to send service messages related to orders, payments, OTP verification, support requests, or account security.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. Kraft House does not store full card, UPI, or bank credentials on our servers.

Delivery information may be shared with logistics partners only as needed to complete your order.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers, artisans, logistics partners, payment providers, or authorities when needed to operate the service or comply with law.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain marketplace records.

You may request account updates, corrections, or deletion by contacting us. Some order and transaction records may be retained where required by law.

You can choose not to use Google sign-in and may use other sign-in options when available.
