01

About Kraft House

Kraft House ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") is a brand based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We operate an online marketplace at krafthouse.in through which independent artists, artisans, and handmade craft makers can offer their original, handcrafted products to customers across India. Our platform is designed to celebrate the work of skilled makers and to connect them with a community of buyers who value authentic, handmade goods.

By registering as an artist on Kraft House, you agree to the terms set out in this Seller Agreement, which governs your relationship with the Platform, your obligations as a seller, and the commercial terms that apply to your use of the marketplace. These terms are in addition to and consistent with the Customer Terms and Conditions applicable to buyers on the Platform.

02

Artist Eligibility & Onboarding

Kraft House is a curated platform, and access to sell on the marketplace is subject to an application and approval process. Not all applicants will be approved, and approval at any stage does not guarantee continued listing on the Platform. The following eligibility requirements apply to all prospective artists. You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident or registered business entity based in India to apply to sell on Kraft House. You must complete the artist onboarding process in full, including the submission of a portfolio comprising at least five original works that are representative of the handmade products you intend to sell on the Platform. Your application and portfolio will be reviewed by the Kraft House team. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application, at our sole discretion and without being required to provide a specific reason for our decision. You must provide valid government-issued identity documentation and active bank account details for the purposes of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and payout processing. Applications that cannot be verified to our satisfaction will not be approved. Kraft House does not guarantee that your application will be approved, and approval, once granted, may be revoked at any time if you are found to be in breach of these Terms or if your conduct on the Platform is deemed inconsistent with the standards expected of a Kraft House artist.

03

Your Artist Profile

Your artist profile on Kraft House serves as your storefront and is the primary means through which customers will discover, evaluate, and choose to engage with your work. It is therefore essential that your profile is accurate, professional, and up to date at all times. You are fully responsible for the content of your profile and for ensuring that it meets the standards required by Kraft House. You must keep all information on your artist profile — including your name, location, bio, contact method, and product listings — accurate, complete, and current. Any material change in your circumstances, such as a change of business address, bank account, or contact details, must be updated on your profile promptly. All photographs and images uploaded to your profile and product listings must be original, clear, and accurately representative of the actual products you are offering. The use of stock images, images sourced from other platforms, or photographs of another artist's work is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of your account. You are responsible for setting accurate and clearly described pricing for all your products, including any additional costs for customisation, special materials, or express production timelines. Misleading or inaccurate pricing may result in the removal of the affected listing. You are required to respond to customer enquiries, order requests, and Platform notifications within 48 hours of receipt. Consistent failure to respond within this window may affect your artist rating and standing on the Platform, and may result in enforcement action.

04

Listings & Custom Orders

Kraft House allows approved artists to list two types of offerings on the Platform : ready-made items, which are completed products available for immediate purchase and dispatch ; and custom order services, through which customers can commission you to create a bespoke item to their specific requirements. The following conditions govern your obligations in relation to both types of listings. Your listings must accurately describe the product being offered, including dimensions, materials, colours, finishes, and any limitations or variations that may arise in the handmade production process. Customers must be given a realistic and honest representation of what they will receive. For custom orders, you must engage with the customer through the Platform's messaging system to agree on all specifications before you confirm the order and before production begins. Once you have confirmed a custom order, you are legally and contractually committed to delivering it in accordance with the specifications agreed with the customer. You may decline an order request before formally accepting it, if you are unable or unwilling to fulfil it. However, repeated or unexplained cancellations of accepted orders may adversely affect your artist rating, your standing on the Platform, and may trigger enforcement action under these Terms. You must not list items on the Platform that you did not personally make or that are not genuinely handmade. Mass-produced, factory-manufactured, or drop-shipped items are strictly prohibited and, if discovered, will result in immediate removal of the listing and possible suspension of your account.

05

Platform Commission & Fees

Kraft House charges a commission on each successfully completed transaction in exchange for access to our marketplace, customer base, payment infrastructure, logistics integration, and platform tools. The applicable commission rate and any alternative fee structures are set out in the Seller Agreement, which every artist is required to review and sign as part of the onboarding and verification process. The Seller Agreement will be presented to you during artist registration on the Platform. By completing the onboarding process and signing the Seller Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the commission and fee terms applicable to your artist account. Commission is deducted automatically before your payout is processed, and you will receive a detailed payout statement for each transaction showing the gross order value, commission deducted, and net amount payable to you. Kraft House reserves the right to revise its commission rates or fee structure at any time, with a minimum of 30 calendar days ' prior written notice to affected artists. Continued use of the Platform after the revised rates take effect will constitute your acceptance of the updated commission structure.

06

Payouts

Payouts to artists are processed through Cashfree Payments directly to your registered and verified bank account. Kraft House does not hold or manage artist funds beyond the escrow period defined in these Terms. The following conditions govern the timing and processing of your payouts. Your payout for a completed order is triggered when the customer confirms delivery of their order through the Platform. If the customer does not actively confirm delivery, the payout is triggered automatically five calendar days after the delivery date recorded by our logistics partner, to ensure that artists are not indefinitely delayed in receiving their earnings. Once triggered, payouts are typically processed and credited to your bank account within 3 to 5 business days, subject to Cashfree Payments processing timelines and any applicable banking or public holiday delays. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the bank account details provided to Kraft House for payout purposes. Kraft House shall not be liable for any payout delays or failures caused by incorrect, outdated, or unverified bank account information submitted by you. You are responsible for accurately reporting all earnings received through Kraft House for income tax purposes, and for registering for and remitting G oods and Services Tax (GST) if your annual turnover through the Platform meets or exceeds the applicable GST registration threshold under Indian tax law (currently ₹20 lakh per year for most goods). Kraft House does not provide tax advice, and you are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations. Kraft House will provide payout statements for each completed transaction, accessible through your artist dashboard, for the purposes of your own record-keeping and tax compliance.

07

Shipping & Delivery

Kraft House manages all logistics and delivery arrangements for orders placed on the Platform through an integrated logistics partner. This means that you, as an artist, are not responsible for selecting a courier, negotiating shipping rates, or manually tracking deliveries. However, you have specific and important responsibilities in preparing your orders for pickup and ensuring that the logistics process runs smoothly. Once you mark an order as " Ready to Dispatch" on your artist dashboard, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your registered pickup address within the next available pickup window. You must mark the order as ready at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup to allow sufficient time for the logistics partner to arrange the collection. You are solely responsible for packaging the item securely and appropriately before the pickup arrives. Fragile, breakable, or delicate items must be packed with sufficient protective materials to withstand transit. Kraft House and our logistics partner are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate, insufficient, or inappropriate packaging on your part, and the cost of replacement or refund in such cases may be borne by you. You must ensure that your designated pickup address is accurate, accessible, and staffed or available during the scheduled pickup window. M issed pickups resulting from incorrect address information, unavailability, or lack of access may cause order delays, incur additional charges, and negatively affect your artist rating on the Platform. Tracking of your dispatched orders is managed automatically through our logistics integration. You do not need to manually upload tracking numbers or share tracking links with customers this is handled by the Platform on your behalf.

08

Studio Visits

Kraft House offers eligible artists the option to enable a Studio V isit feature on their profile, which allows customers to book an in-person appointment to visit your workspace before commissioning a custom order. This feature is entirely optional and can be enabled or disabled through your artist dashboard at any time. By enabling the Studio V isit feature, you agree to the following terms in full.

All Interactions Must Happen Through the Platform All Studio V isit bookings, confirmations, rescheduling requests, cancellations, and payment-related communications must be initiated and completed exclusively through the Kraft House Platform. You must not share your personal phone number, personal email address, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other direct contact detail with a customer for the purpose of arranging, modifying, or conducting a Studio V isit outside of the Platform. You must not accept any payment, deposit, or advance directly from a customer in connection with a Studio V isit — all transactions must go through the Platform's payment system. Any attempt to redirect a customer off the Platform — whether to arrange a visit, collect payment, or negotiate a commission — constitutes a breach of your Seller Agreement and may result in the immediate suspension of your artist account.

Respectful and Professional Conduct Towards Customers When hosting a Studio V isit, you are representing not only yourself but the Kraft House marketplace. You are required to treat every customer who visits your studio with courtesy, professionalism, and respect at all times. You must not engage in any behaviour that is harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise hostile towards a customer — whether in person, through the Platform's messaging system, or through any other channel. You must not pressurise customers into placing an order, making a payment, or committing to a purchase during or after a Studio V isit. You must not contact a customer repeatedly or unsolicited after a visit has concluded. Any conduct that a customer reasonably experiences as harassment, intimidation, or unprofessional will be treated as a serious breach of your Seller Agreement.

Artist Responsibility for the Visit By enabling the Studio V isit feature, you represent that your studio or workspace is accessible, reasonably safe, and suitable for receiving visitors. You are solely and entirely responsible for the safety, conduct, and welfare of all visitors who attend your studio through the Platform, as well as for the conduct of the visit itself. Kraft House does not supervise, coordinate, or attend Studio V isits and accepts no liability whatsoever for any accident, injury, loss, damage, or dispute arising from or in connection with a Studio V isit, whether on your premises or in transit. You agree to indemnify and hold Kraft House harmless from any claim, cost, or liability arising from an incident that occurs during a Studio V isit conducted through your account.

Complaints and Disputes Arising from Studio Visits If a customer submits a complaint to Kraft House regarding conduct or an incident that occurred during a Studio V isit at your studio, Kraft House reserves the right to investigate the complaint, temporarily restrict your account while the investigation is ongoing, and take action up to and including permanent suspension of your artist account if the complaint is substantiated. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation Kraft House initiates in connection with a Studio V isit complaint, including providing any relevant communications, photographs, or other documentation requested. Kraft House is not liable for anything that occurs on your studio premises or during a Studio V isit, and any legal or civil liability arising from such an incident rests solely with you as the host artist.

Studio Verification by the Kraft House Team Before the Studio V isit feature is enabled on your profile — and periodically thereafter at Kraft House's discretion — a member of the Kraft House team may visit your studio in person to verify that it meets the Platform's standards for safety, accessibility, and suitability for customer visits. You are required to treat all Kraft House team members who visit your studio with the same standard of respect and professionalism expected of you when hosting customers. You must not harass, intimidate, threaten, obstruct, or mistreat any Kraft House team member in any way — whether during the verification visit or in any communication related to it. Any such incident will be treated with the utmost seriousness by Kraft House. If a Kraft House team member is harassed, threatened, physically harmed, or placed in an unsafe situation at your studio premises, Kraft House will pursue full legal action against you under applicable Indian law without exception. This is a zero-tolerance policy and no prior warning will be issued before legal proceedings are initiated. You must not mislead or misrepresent anything to the Kraft House verification team. You must present your studio space as it actually is — you may not stage, alter, or misrepresent the workspace, equipment, tools, or materials you use in your craft for the purpose of the verification visit. Providing false or misleading information to the Kraft House verification team — whether about the location, size, safety, accessibility, or nature of your studio — is a serious breach of your Seller Agreement and will result in immediate disqualification from the Studio V isit feature and may result in suspension of your artist account.

Declining or Rescheduling a Booking You may decline or reschedule a Studio V isit booking at your discretion through the Platform. Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be communicated to the customer through the Platform at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests submitted less than 6 hours before the planned visit will be treated as a late cancellation and may negatively affect your Studio V isit eligibility rating on the Platform. R epeated late cancellations or no- shows — regardless of the reason — may result in the Studio V isit feature being disabled on your artist profile.

09

Quality Standards & Reviews

Maintaining a consistently high standard of quality in your products, your communication, and your fulfilment of orders is essential to your continued participation in the Kraft House marketplace. Kraft House is a curated platform built around the values of genuine craftsmanship, originality, and quality and every artist on the Platform is expected to uphold these values in everything they list and deliver.

Quality Standards Kraft House curates and supports handmade, artisan-crafted, and custom products that meet our platform ' s standards of quality, originality, and presentation. Any product or listing that does not meet Kraft House's quality standards — whether in terms of craftsmanship, accuracy of description, presentation, or suitability for the Platform — may be removed from the Platform without prior notice. Kraft House reserves the right to make this determination at its sole discretion, and such removal does not constitute a breach of your Seller Agreement by Kraft House. We encourage all artists to list only products they are proud to stand behind and that genuinely represent the quality of their craft.

Reviews All customer reviews submitted on the Platform are monitored and periodically reviewed by the Kraft House team. If a review is found to be misleading, fabricated, incentivised, or submitted in bad faith whether in favour of or against an artist — it will be investigated and may be removed from the Platform. Artists are not permitted to solicit, pressure, or incentivise customers to leave positive reviews in any way.

Underperformance and Reputation If the Kraft House team identifies a pattern of underperformance — including but not limited to consistent negative customer feedback, repeated quality complaints, failure to fulfil orders as described, or conduct that damages or risks damaging the reputation of the Kraft House marketplace a member of the Kraft House team will reach out to the artist directly to discuss the matter. Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, and at Kraft House's sole discretion, the artist's profile may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed, or permanently removed from the Platform in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Kraft House's decision in such matters is final.

Right to Immediate Action Kraft House reserves the right to immediately block or temporarily suspend an artist's account without prior notice in the event of any breach of these quality standards, or where Kraft House reasonably determines that continued access to the Platform poses a risk to customers, other artists, or the reputation of the marketplace. Such action may be taken at Kraft House's sole discretion and does not require a prior warning or improvement period. The artist will be notified of the action taken and the reason for it, and may appeal in writing to hello@krafthouse.in within the timeframe specified in the Terms and Conditions.

10

Prohibited Conduct

As an artist on the Kraft House Platform, you are expected to conduct yourself with honesty, professionalism, and integrity at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, permanent account termination, withholding of pending payouts, and legal action as appropriate. You must not contact customers outside the Kraft House Platform — through private messages, phone calls, external email, social media, or any other channel — for the purpose of arranging, completing, or facilitating a transaction that was initiated or discussed on the Platform. This prohibition is known as "off-platform diversion" and is a fundamental breach of your obligations under these Terms. You must not list, sell, or represent as your own any item that you did not personally create, or that infringes upon the intellectual property rights — including copyright, trademark, or design rights — of any third party. You must not submit, encourage, solicit, or coordinate false, fabricated, or incentivised reviews of your own products, or engage in any conduct designed to artificially inflate your rating or manipulate your reputation on the Platform. You must not use the Platform to sell mass-produced, factory-manufactured, or non-handmade goods. All items listed on Kraft House must be genuinely and substantially handmade or hand-crafted by you. You must not share, sell, or otherwise disclose the personal data of customers — including their name, address, phone number, or any other information received through the Platform — with any third party, or use such data for any purpose other than fulfilling the specific order to which it relates.

11

Any order found to involve a prohibited item will be cancelled without payout, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

12

Intellectual Property

You retain full and exclusive ownership of all artworks, designs, creative works, and intellectual property that you create and list on the Kraft House Platform. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights in your work to Kraft House or to any buyer, except as expressly stated below. By listing your work on Kraft House, you grant Kraft House a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and use images and descriptions of your products for the purposes of operating the Platform, including displaying your listings to customers, promoting the Platform and its artists through marketing materials, social media, and other channels, and fulfilling our obligations to you as a marketplace operator. This licence exists only for the duration of your active listing on the Platform. If you wish to request the removal of a specific image or piece of content from our marketing materials or social channels, you may do so by writing to hello@krafthouse.in.

13

Account Suspension & Termination

Kraft House reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your artist account at any time, without prior notice where the circumstances require immediate action, in the following circumstances. You are found to have violated any provision of these Terms or the Seller Agreement. You consistently fail to meet the Platform's quality standards, including the minimum average rating threshold, response time requirements, or order fulfilment obligations. You receive multiple verified complaints from customers citing serious or repeated failures in product quality, communication, or order fulfilment. You are found to have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during the onboarding process or at any subsequent point in your use of the Platform. You engage in prohibited conduct, including off-platform diversion, fraudulent reviews, or the listing of prohibited items. In the event of account termination, Kraft House will process payouts for all orders that have been fully completed and confirmed as delivered prior to the date of termination, in accordance with the standard payout timeline. Payouts in respect of orders that are the subject of an active dispute, or that have not been fully completed at the time of termination, may be withheld pending resolution of those matters.

Appeal & Account Reactivation

If your account has been temporarily suspended or blocked and you wish to appeal the decision, you must submit your appeal in writing to hello@krafthouse.in within 30 days of the date on which the suspension or block was applied to your account. Appeals submitted after this 30-day window will not be considered, and Kraft House will have no further obligation to review or reactivate the account. It is solely the artist's responsibility to raise their concern within this period. Upon receiving a valid and timely appeal, the Kraft House team will review the matter in full — taking into consideration the reason for the suspension, the artist's response, their conduct history on the Platform, and any supporting information provided. Kraft House holds the sole and absolute right to decide whether an account is reactivated or remains suspended or permanently closed. This decision rests entirely with Kraft House and is not subject to any external review or obligation. If Kraft House determines, after reviewing all relevant factors, that the account does not meet the standards required to continue on the Platform, the suspension or block will be maintained and the account will not be reactivated. Where Kraft House decides to reactivate an account following a successful appeal, the artist will be notified by email and the account will be restored subject to any conditions Kraft House deems appropriate. Reactivation is a discretionary act by Kraft House and does not waive Kraft House's right to take further action if the circumstances that led to the original suspension recur.

14

Limitation of Liability

Kraft House operates as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to the contract of sale between you as the artist and the customer. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Kraft House's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim, loss, or damage arising from or related to a transaction on the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or any other cause of action — shall not exceed the total commission actually earned by Kraft House on the specific transaction to which the claim relates. Kraft House shall not be liable to you for any loss of earnings, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, reputational damage, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special loss or damage of any kind, even where we have been advised of the possibility of such loss. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss arising from Platform downtime, changes to commission rates or fees, removal of listings at our discretion, or failure of the logistics process.

15

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

16

Kraft House reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, in response to changes in applicable law, Platform operations, commercial arrangements, or other factors that we consider material. Any revisions to these Terms will be notified to you by email to the registered email address associated with your artist account, and the updated version will be published at krafthouse.in/artist-terms with a revised effective date. Where the changes are material, we will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any update shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Platform and close your artist account.
